Abstract

In recent year, due to advanced scientific equipments the health data has been keep on growing not only in terms of size but also in variety. Hence there occurs intricate in analyzing such data which was later called as ”BIG DATA”. Big Data mining is an interdisciplinary subfield of computer science is the computational process of discovering patterns in large big dataset involving methods at the intersection of artificial intelligence, machine learning, statistics and database systems. The traditional data mining approaches can't be directly applied to big data as it faces lots of challenges and issues. Clustering is one of the most widely used techniques which perform the cluster operation like find in and out the clusters which have similar group of data which also faces issues in big data clustering. In this paper we have made a survey on various clustering techniques used for bigdata clustering which gives the comprehensive analysis of these techniques that have been carried out to get the appropriate clustering algorithm based on health data.
