Abstract

The main purpose of this study is to form a non-invasive technique which will discover human fatigue and provides warnings in an exceedingly timely manner. When driving long distances, drivers who do not take frequent stops are at danger of becoming sleepy, which they frequently do not realise early enough. According to the expert, weary drivers in need of a break are responsible for onequarter of all major motorway accidents, implying that tiredness causes more road accidents than drunk driving. Using OpenCV and DLib, this system will monitor the driver's eyes in order to detect indications of driver weariness early enough to prevent the individual from napping. As a result, this research will aid in the early detection of driver drowsiness and will provide warning output in the form of an alarm sound and a pop-out message.
