As we know the popularity of internet and it's web-based application are increasing over the time and due to more usability and complexity, webbased services and operating system applications contain different types of vulnerability. Vulnerabilities are dangerous because they reduce the security of the system. In this paper, we include vulnerability detection algorithm for detection of vulnerability in SOA based system. In SOA-based system multiple business processes are flexibly combined depending upon some standards but practically it always consists of some type of vulnerabilities, which hazard security and dependability of processes. Important task in vulnerability detection is vulnerability analysis which provides support for avoiding, fixing, finding and monitoring vulnerabilities present in the given system. ATLIST is a latest vulnerability analysis method focuses on finding the known vulnerability on client side activities in single machine, shared resources and communication network basically useful for SOA, which use recognized web technologies and SOA-specific standards.
