Abstract

This paper proposed cascode current mirror as preamplifier for neural signal recording system. It provide dc offset current generated by electrode tissue interface which achieved high pass cut off frequencies. It offer stable current values for wide voltage swings and enhanced output impedance. A current mode is designed to adjust the low pass cut off frequencies for different neural signals. It is CMOS designed and fabricated layout using 180nm technology. It provide optimized power and eliminate low noise from neural signal.
