The fossil fuels being depleted due the human activities led to the development of hybrid vehicles. The idea behind the development of hybrid vehicle is the zero emission to the environment. It is a green energy technology. The development of the hybrid vehicles may also lead to extinction of combustion engines. In other hybrid cars some of the manufacturing companies uses the combination of fuel and electric source to make it hybrid. Whereas, in our project we completely depend on the green energy resource and the battery to make it hybrid so these defines our main heading of our project. In our project the solar irradiations are utilized during the daylight and the battery is utilized during the night time. The solar irradiations are observed by the PV panel. The Maximum Power Point Tracking(MPPT) is used to track the power from the PV panel and it is fed to the SEPIC gates. From solar it is directly fed to DC-DC converter(SEPIC) to maximize the power and it is fed to the Motor. From SEPIC it is fed to the bi-directional converter and it is given to the battery for charging purpose. When PV panels stops receiving the solar irradiations hence the battery discharges and it is fed to the Motor. Hence the vehicle completely works on green technology.
