This paper is a presentation of an idea on the basis of referential review of several other research papers and research topics. In recent times, due to several pivotal issues like climate changes which threaten the world to plunge into hazards we need more and more efficient ways to identify areas of potential hazard risks and monitor them closely. Due to the massive population and several other geographical challenges it is not always optimal for humans to take up this task hence in our opinion the next bestbetwouldbesearchandrescuedrone. Thisis thebase idea for our drone which uses a DJI NAZA-M Lite Flight controller with GPS antenna, a low latency camera with a 1/3 inch CMOS sensor with a 1.2mm wide angle (150degree) lens. The transmitter used us a standard 2.4 GHz bandwidth one but to add the gesture control functionality we are using an arduino and an MPU6050 sensor to map its gyro and accelerometer value to the control sticks of the transmitter. We have also added a small5Vspeakeralong with a couple ofothersensorssuch and temperature, rain and humidity sensor, gas sensor and so on.
