Military hospital Cardiac Centre, Kingdom of Bahrain.
A 73-year-old male presented with breathlessness on exertion and giddiness associated with palpitation and leg swelling. He came to cardiac emergency and was admitted for investigations. We present the perfusion management of this patient who subsequently required redo Mitral valve repair without stopping the heart.
