The present study was conducted in Awagarh block of Etah district of Uttar Pradesh to find out the association between socio-economic attributes of farmers and level of adoption of organic farming practices in crop production. Study revealed that age had no influence on the level of adoption about organic farming practices on crop production whereas education, size of land holding, area under organic crops, extension participation, information seeking behaviour and annual income had an influence on the level of adoption about organic farming practices on crop production. Study also reveals that a fair association between education, size of land holding, area under organic crops, extension participation, information seeking behaviour and annual income and level of adoption about organic farming practices on crop production.
