Present investigation was conducted in Amritsar district of Punjab by FASS Amritsar to study the impact of balanced nutrition on rice and wheat crops grown in a sequence. It was observed that site specific nutrient management (T) resulted in highest yield (26.0 and 22.0 q/acre) followed by T1 (25.7 and 21.4 q/acre) and T2 (24.0 and 21.0 q/acre) in both rice and wheat crop, respectively. As far as net returns and B: C ratio is concerned, T2 provided maximum returns of Rs 25, 454.0 and Rs 23, 361.5 per acre, which is 4.2 and 3.4 per cent higher over T1 along with B: C ratio of 3.25 and 2.95 in both the crops, respectively.
