Abstract

This research was an attempt to study the level of MPUAT, Udaipur. The present study was conducted in purposely selected state agriculture university MPUAT, Udaipur. It was planned to have a sample of 160 teachers for this study. Data were collected through tailor made questionnaire. The study explains that a large number i.e. 115 teachers were identified under medium level of job satisfaction that means 71.88 per cent teachers were moderately satisfied with their job in the university. The study discloses that among general determinants, first rank was given to the statement ‘opportunity to do the challenging job’, in administrative determinants of job satisfaction ‘Opportunity for professional growth'was ranked first, among supportive determinants of job satisfaction ‘cooperation among technical & supportive staff'was ranked first.
