Behavioural intention of students towards ICT based learning interactions

Abstract

The study was conducted in Delhi, Odisha and Uttar Pradesh states and three university were chosen such as ICAR-Indian Agricultural Research Institute (ICAR-IARI), Odisha University of Agriculture and Technology (OUAT) and Chandra Sekhar Azad University of Agriculture and Technology (CSAUAT). Thirty students were selected from each university. So, the total sampling respondents was 90. To measure the behavioural intention of students” theory of planned behaviour (TPB) was used. Various indices were used to analyse the TPB model's general goodness of fit and it was found to be “fair fit”. From the result of the study it was found that attitudes towards and perceived behavioural control for ICT based learning interactions of the students exhibit significance influence on the behavioural intention of students with the path coefficient of 0.48 and 0.22 and subjective norm was not a significant predictor of students” behavioural intention.
