The study was conceptualized in Palghar district of Maharashtra to ascertain the attitude of the dairy farmers towards use of WhatsApp as an information delivery tool. For this study, 100 dairy farmers were selected randomly as respondents. Pretesting of attitude level of dairy farmers indicates that majority (63%) of the respondents had neutral attitude followed by 14 per cent with favorable attitude while 23 per cent of the respondents reported an unfavorable attitude towards use of WhatsApp as an information delivery tool. On post-testing majority (60.00%) of respondents had developed a favorable attitude followed by 40.00 per cent of respondents with neutral attitude. None of the respondents reported an unfavorable attitude towards use of WhatsApp as an information delivery tool.
