An entrepreneur can be defined as a person who tries to create something new, organizes and undertake risks and handles economic uncertainly involved in entreprise. Rural youth are playing important role in agriculture by performing some farm activities and helping their families in farm operations. There is a tremendous scope for empowerment of agricultural graduates through establishment of dairy, poultry, fishery, food processing and value addition, floriculture, green house, poly house enterprises etc. and thus they can even become employment generator. The present study was carried out on proportional stratified random sample of total 150 post-graduate students studying either in the final year of Master degree or in any year of Ph.D. in the agriculture, veterinary and animal husbandry, horticulture, home science, dairy and food technology, renewable energy and environmental engineering, agribusiness management, and basic science and humanities of Sardarkrushinagar Dantiwada Agricultural University (SDAU), Sardarkrushinagar of Gujarat. A set of closed questionnaire was formulated based on past review and discussion with experts regarding problems perceived by the postgraduate students in acceptance of agricultural enterprise and responses were recorded on a three point continuum. Considering the problems perceived by the respondents in availing benefits of agricultural enterprises and to overcome the problems a set of questionnaire was formulated based on past review and discussion with experts and responses were recorded on a three point continuum. Foremost problems perceived by post-graduate students in acceptance of agricultural enterprise were; lack of positive mind set to establish own enterprise, insufficient practical knowledge to start the enterprise and lack of dynamic managerial ability of agricultural enterprise. Need to conduct survey to know attention of students for investigation of agricultural enterprise, need to provide right approaches to get in touch with various key agricultural enterprise supporting services and need to improve clear-cut strategies for better marketing of agricultural products are most important suggestions offered by post-graduate students to overcome the problems perceived by in acceptance of agricultural enterprise.
