A scale was constructed to measure the perception of the farmers about role of mobile in decision making process in agriculture. Scale Product Method was followed for construction of scale. Split half method was followed for testing reliability of the scale and reliabilityco-efficient of the scale was 0.85. Hence, the scale is reliable and can produce consistent results.The validity of the scale was examined for content validity by determining how well the contents of the scale were selected by discussing it with specialists of extensions, professors, scientists and academicians of social sciences fields. The scale sodeveloped finally consists of 10 statements including 8 positive and 2 negative statements.
