Women entrepreneurship has been recognized as an important source of economic growth but there are certain constraints towards it. To highlight the study was conducted in Mavli and Girwa panchayat samities of Udaipur district of Rajasthan state. From each panchayat samiti, where the entrepreneurial activities have been promoted by the ICICI- Rural Self Employment Training Institute, Udaipur. From the list, 50 rural women from each panchayat samiti were selected randomly to form a total sample of 100 respondents. Interview method was used for data collection. Frequency and percentage were used for analysis of data. The study reveals that 58 per cent respondents have adopted different entrepreneurial activities and most of them adopted hand embroidary, Phenyl & liquid soap making, Bricks making work to earn money and to support family.
