Information Communication and Technology has proved to be the development of the century, but still its utilization in livestock sector is not much popular. Therefore the present study was conducted to understand the constraints in utilization of ICT tools by veterinary graduates. A total of 90 students (P.G./Ph.D.) of clinical disciplines from three veterinary colleges (GBPUA&T, IVRI and SKUAST-J) were selected randomly for the study i.e., 30 from each college. The constraints were measured using Garret ranking technique. The results revealed that majority of the respondents considered ignorance (rank I) to be the most important constraint, followed by lack of training (rank II), and time constraint (rank III). Regarding the availability of the resources for effective ICT tools utilization majority (82.20%) of the respondents revealed that electricity was always available at the institutes, computer/laptop was always available with majority (54.40%) of the respondents, smart phone was always available with cent per cent of the respondents, internet connectivity was always available as per 40.00 per cent of the respondents, and relevant information through various ICT tools was sometimes available to majority (61.10%) of the respondents. Promoting awareness, and training of ICT tools, uninterrupted internet connectivity, as well as rigorous sharing of information can help in enhanced utilization of ICT tools among veterinary graduates.
