The study was carried out during the year 2018–19 in Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel University of Agriculture and Technology, Meerut, Uttar Pradesh to know the awareness and opinion of post graduate students regarding on line banking. It was found that the majority 63.89 per cent of the students gaining awareness from our friend regarding internet banking, 52.40 per cent through bank branches, 61.90 per cent through internet, 33.30 per cent through mobile SMS, 32.40 per cent through newspapers and 27.60 per cent through television. The majority of the students 35.23 per cent were using accounting check balance, 50.47 were using Pay tm, 47.61 per cent were using ATM machine, 44.76 per cent student were using online banking from last one year, 25.50 per cent students change our password after one year, 43.80 per cent student always delete files from computer after using online banking and 72.40 per cent student were never logging account on cyber cafe. Opinion of the students regarding online banking very high security. It mean percentage score was 165.27 and ranked in first, internet banking very dangerous. Its mean percentage score was 142.07 and its ranked second.
