The study aimed to assess the benefits and impact of Technology Enhanced Learning on higher education through various training programmes. By using the convenience sampling technique 357 teachers were selected and data was obtained using a survey questionnaire and analyzed using various statistical methods. The study observed the teachers aided from TEL capacity building programmes and implementation of their learning experience in further academic activities. It is found that a large number of students, trainees (who were trained by the teachers) and the students located in remote areas were benefited. The teachers introduced various courses, and also received career benefits. In these ways, the study specified significant impact and transfer of training in the educational sectors.
