The current study of rice growers’ personal-cosmopolite channels under the seed village programme was conducted in five purposively selected Divisions of Baramulla district, which have the Seed Village Program under the rice crop.Data was personally collected by researcher through well structured interview schedule. The majority of the rice growers from all the five sub-divisions were a medium level of personal-cosmopolite channels and the majority of the medium level of personalcosmopolite channels of the rice growers were found in sub-division Pattan (78.57%), followed by Baramulla (75.34%), Tangmarg and Rohamma (75.00%) and least was found in sub-division Sopore (65.19%). However, for the overall personalcosmopolite channels of the rice growers from all the five sub-divisions, it was observed that (71.61%) of the rice growers were a medium level of personal-cosmopolite channels.
