The strategy of increasing the knowledge and adoption of selected chill crop production technology on the dissemination of information loaded with chilli crop production technology. The present study undertaken in khargone district of Madhya Pradesh with hundred samples of chilli growers. Among ten improved practices of chill production technology, the majority of farmers have possessed knowledge about ‘use of rhyzobium and PSB culture’ in full category and ‘method of weed control and use of weedicide’ in partial category whereas farmers having no knowledge about ‘improved varieties of chilli’. Adaption of technology by majority of growers ‘land preparation and ploughing of land’ in high category, ‘improved varieties of chilli’ in medium category and ‘use of rhyzobium and PSB culture’ in medum category. The constraints perceived by growers during practices of chilli production ‘lack of technical knowledge’, ‘lack of credit facilities at time’ and ‘costly agricultural inputs’ on first, second and third rank orders respectively. The suggestions perceived by chilli growers during practices of production ‘improved seed should be available on time’, ‘credit facilities should be available easily and timely at low interest rate’, and ‘the irrigation facilities should be available at time’ on first, second and third rank orders respectively.
