A study on Effectiveness of Training and Development Programs Adopted by KPCL, Bangalore

The present study is undertaken to know the effectiveness of training and development programs adopted by KPCL, Bangalore. To achieve the aforesaid objectives data is gathered from 100 respondents randomly. It is found that the most of the employees are satisfied with training and development programs adopted by KPCL and the training and development programs helping employees to increase their efficiency in their job, 72% of respondents have rated as good about Overall Quality and Effectiveness of Training and Development programs.
