Small Entrepreneurs help in the growth of economy and creates employment. They are the innovators of new ideas and create business opportunities. They invest to establish a business and manage its operations in order to provide goods and services according to the needs of the users. They seek the support of Government for their growth. Entrepreneurs have strong convictions, self motivation. Entrepreneurship is the risk taking ability of the individual coupled with correct decision making on their own. An attempt is made to explore the various factors contributing to the success of the innovative products of small entrepreneurs statistically. This could help in improving the ability of small entrepreneurs to develop and prosper in an increasing competitive world. A linear regression model has been developed to forecast the success or failure of the product which will be useful for small entrepreneurs. To find the critical determinants for the success the data were collected from the users of the products of small entrepreneurs.
