W.L.H. Chicks were immunized by transfer of antibodies (Passive immunization) by cell transfer technique against infection of A. Galli. It was observed that there was a gradual decrease in worm load percentage in sensitized groups as compared to control groups. The number of worms recovered forms a criterion for measuring amount of immunity developed in chicks.
