Abstract

In this paper we will discuss about solar photo voltaic modules benefits over diesel generators. For showing this we made a comparison between solar photo voltaic modules & diesel generators by showing green house gases emission and GWP i.e. Global warming potential from SPV & diesel generators. We have considered three GHG's CO2, CH4 & N2O because major effect on environment occurs due to carbon dioxide, Nitrous oxide and Methane. For calculation ease we have assumed 100kw load.
