Abstract

Automation plays a significant role in manufacturing process. The automation in the granite factory enables safety operation, precise control of process and online diagnosis of the faults through the alarm message displays. The main objective of this paper is to convert the machine using PLC controller, HMI screens and VFD's controlled from PLC with the programming of bit shift functions so that the machine has the vision of artificial intelligence to control all the requirements of operator.
