Job Satisfaction among Teachers Working in Colleges Associated to the University of Lucknow and UPTU within Lucknow

Job Satisfaction is the result of various attitudes an employee holds towards his/her job, towards related factors and towards life in general. It increases productivity on one hand and reduces absenteeism and turn over on the other. The purpose of the study is o measure and analyze the job satisfaction amongst teachers in Degree Colleges associated to the university of Lucknow and Gautam Buddha technical university in Lucknow running professional courses like BBA, BCA, BCom (H), BJMC, MBA, MCA, etc. The primary data was collected from 100 teachers from Lucknow to analyze the data.
