The major task of SCM is to balance supply chain costs against customer service level in order to help business units deliver against sales target. Supply Chain Management includes manufactures, distributors, logistics and customers and how they are interlinked. The term SCM was coined in 1982. The aim of this journal/article/paper is to show the importance of customer satisfaction in a business to business (B2B) setting. Its gives a brief overview about how to analyze the level of customer satisfaction and SWOT analyses con ducted from customer's perspective.
