Labour Productivity provides a relative measure of actual output of production compared to the actual input of resources against common entities. The increase of the labour productivity in any manufacturing company indicates that the process through which the same volume of work is materialized in a larger quantity of goods or, the same quantity of goods can be realized with a smaller volume of work. In this paper an attempt is made to identify key factors which are affecting on labour productivity using Factor analysis and then the factors are prioritized by adopting Multiple Regression Analysis. The key factors obtained in this work provide a basis for a manufacturing company to enhance their labour productivity. The methodology is demonstrated in this paper through a case study conducted in a steel manufacturing company.
