Abstract

The development of women entrepreneurs in India provides a lead in the increasing need to study the impact of demographic variables on their organization management. In preset scenario, there is a need of inclusive entrepreneurship since it can lead to entrepreneurship amongst all religions, castes, geographical regions, all genders etc. The inclusive entrepreneurship will definitely motivate larger number of both male and female individual to be entrepreneurs and start their own enterprise. This will ultimately help the Indian economy to have better economic growth which will be in form of inclusive growth. This paper attempts to analyze the impact of educational qualification, age, marital status, capital investment etc., on the performance of women entrepreneur in their organization.
