A Study on the Effectiveness of Training Program Adopted in CTS Industry

The present study is undertaken to know the effectiveness of training programs adopted by Cognizant Technology Solutions, Coimbatore. To achieve the aforesaid objectives data is gathered from 100 respondents randomly. The information was collected through questionnaire. The data collected through the questionnaire were classified and tabulated. They were analyzed with the help of statistical tools and findings and suggestion have been given. It is found that the most of the employees were satisfied with training programs adopted by CTS and the training programs helping employees to increase their efficiency in their job. 80% of the respondents had rated as good about Overall Quality and Effectiveness of Training programs.
