Abstract

The consumer awareness regarding advertising effectiveness has increased in India because of economic and social development, urbanization, state policies and competition among different products. Consumer research takes places at every phase of consumption process. A “consumer” is a person who buys any goods or hires any service for valuable consideration. Today the success of any firm depends upon the satisfaction of consumers. For satisfying the consumers the firm should know about the behavior of the consumers.
