In this paper, I have obtained some results on Associate of Nijenhuis tensor in Rπ - Structure manifold. I have also defined the integrability condition for Rπ - Structure manifold. At the end, Vanishing of Nijenhuis tensor in Rπ - Structure manifold has been discussed.
