Recent Trends of Seed Production and Marketing in Shrirampur Taluka

The objectives of the study were to understand existing seed production, demand and supply; to identify the problems associated with the seed marketing system and policy options for sustainable seed production in Shrirampur Taluka. Successful seed production for long-term would ensure a continuous supply of seeds from the industry. For market performance assessment a survey on trends of seed production in Shrirampur Taluka has been carried out.
