The current environment is becoming so competitive day by day as everyone wants to come first and to be ahead of others. Many employees today are so busy in making a living that they have no time to make a life which results in problems in managing their work and personal life. Stress becomes the epidemic of the 21st century. Either on job or off job, employees all are subjected to various stressors, which not only affect their productivity but also bring down their efficiency. Today work-life balance ranks as one of the most important workplace attributes to be considered by all organizations. This study is going to provide a thought for the discussions for Hospitality and Tourism industry on the immense role of the work life balance among the employees to bring global competitiveness and the economic growth because the effective management of employee's work-life balance requires organisations to recognise and account for the array of non-work roles that impact their working-lives. As According to the fifth Australian Work and Life Index, A majority of all full-time employees struggle to balance work-home life and want less work up to eight fewer hours a week.
