An energy audit is a process which includes three relevant steps just to save an energy and those there steps are as, inspection, survey and analysis of energy flows. Actually, this is for energy conservation in a specific building, any process or a system just to reduce the amount of energy input into the system without affecting the output negatively. If we discuss about commercial and industrial real estate, an energy audit is the first step which is used to identify an opportunities just to reduce energy expense and carbon footprints. Energy is inadequate commodity in particularly developing and underdeveloped countries and its Cost is increasing day-by-day due to lacking of this thing. Generally pumping installations consume huge amount of energy wherein proportion of energy cost can be as high as 45 to 75% of overall cost of operation and maintenance of water works. Therefore, need for conservation of energy cannot be over emphasized. Hence energy crisis is one of the crucial problems which is faced by all the countries across the world due to depletion in natural resources used for energy generation and the huge investment for generating energy from alternate resources.
