The existence of Bogor City, which has been developed as buffer area for the Capital of Republic of Indonesia, resulting the emergence of various problems in transportation, including traffic accidents. The purpose of this study was to identify which roads become a traffic accident blackspot and to create scoring model of vulnerable road in Bogor City. This study used the traffic accident data of 2014–2015 from Bogor Police and road condition from Bureau of Traffic and Road Transportation (DLLAJ) of Bogor City. Identification of traffic accident blackspot was conducted by using the statistical quality control as the control-chart UCL (Upper Control Limit). The segment scoring model was created through logistic regression with value of weight of evidence (WOE) covered road characteristics consisted of road function, road class, number of lane, presence of median, number of direction, and geometric shape. Result showed that there were 17 of 74 road segments identified as location of traffic accident blackspot in Bogor City. Based on the scorecard characteristics of roads obtained, attribute reached the highest score which contributed to traffic accidents in Bogor City was the road section that has four lanes and straight roads.
