Abstract

The potential success of countries depends eventually on the number of people in service and how creative they are at work. However skills development need to be associated to broader expansion, service and growth strategies and that requires that governments, functioning with the communal partners, build strategy coherence in linking learning and skills expansion to today's labour markets and to the technology, investment, trade and macroeconomic policies that make prospect employment expansion.. The main objectives of this paper are to study and understand the concept of Skill development & Entrepreneurship for Micro and small industry. Second objective is to study the paradigm shift from modular to motivational skill of Entrepreneur and to give suggestion for strengthening the skilling drive with focus on self-employment.
