Abstract

In the present work, the High Rise Irregular RC frame building with shear walls at different locations is analyzed by both static and dynamic analysis. Dynamic analysis is carried out by Response Spectrum Method. The investigation is carried out to know the contribution of Shear Walls in high rise irregular building at different locations for different zones and for different soil conditions, along with this comparison has been made. Seismic Zones II, III and IV are considered for the analysis. Analysis has been carried out for Hard, Medium and Soft soil conditions.
