Abstract

We discuss the low cost, yet effective solution to create power fidelity inside the automobile vehicle to power-up the mobile devices. The proposed system consists of off-the-shelf electronics components such as high frequency generators; power MOSFETs for high frequency power amplification; copper coils for generating magnetic field; etc. The detailed guidelines for the components selection and thereby design of complete system forms the main theme of this paper. The experimental prototype of the system substantiates the practical applicability of the proposed system for efficient transfer of solar power making mobile devices truly portable.
