Abstract

The term Quality of Work Life (QWL) aims at changing entire organizational climate by humanizing work, individualizing the organization and changing the structural and managerial system. It seeks to create culture of work commitment in the organization which will ensure higher productivity for the company and greater job satisfaction for the employees, it is as important to acknowledge that there are certain concerns that all people have in common, at least to some degree.
