As Indian software industry faces stiff global competition, the growing need of IT industry is to provide quality work as expected by foreign customers. The success of IT companies depends upon the employees working in different job profiles. Hence it is the responsibility of the organizations to convert each employee being engaged in their jobs in order to achieve the goals in global competitive scenario.
