The field of automation had a notable impact in a wide range of industries beyond manufacturing. In a different industries we are observe that there was many problems in different production machine. Automation is the use of control systems and information technologies to reduce the need for human work, reduce time in production of goods and services. Problems can be reduce life and increasing maintenance of the machine or parts, In industries there were most widely uses bearing in different parts. At beginning a bearing fitting in wheel was insufficient method and problem in bearing like crack inside the face, change parameters, changing bearing etc. Wheel alignment consisting of properly checking the wheel characteristic angles against vehicle manufacturers specifications, is a crucial task in the automotive field since it prevents irregular type wear and affects handling and safety. New method for bearing fixture, which use deep groove ball bearings, required a procedure addressing new technologies for the wheel bearing fixture system. Research to optimize to improved maintenance procedures, time consuming, less cost, help in achieving optimum wheel bearing fixture system. A tapered wheel bearing adjustment procedure and visual chart are results profiting manufacturers and field service technicians.
