Brick kiln workers always remain under heavy work pressure to work more efficiently for higher production during seasons with fewer resources and management skills. This stressful situation becomes worse by physical discomforts in the workplace. In part for this reason, the workers are at high potential risk of discomfort and physical strain that can lead to musculoskeletal disorders (MSD). Our objective is to investigate the physical risk factors for musculoskeletal injury among Two hundred sixtyfour Brick Kiln workers at five Brick kiln using Psychophysiological study. Workers were categorized into Male workers and Female workers. Result showed that workers engaged in Clay and mould making process were exposed significantly (p < 0.15) to high physical risk as compared to the workers engaged in Rimming & clay making process and in brick drying & burning process i,e finished product(Bricks), in the same working parameters, which affect the productivity.
