Abstract

The first order homogeneous chemical process and heat source are analysed in this study together with the mass and heat transfer properties of an incompressible, viscous, electrically conductive, and Newtonian fluid. A porous plate that was implanted in a porous media and was oscillating vertically underwent investigation.The fluid under consideration is a non-scattering, grey, absorbing/emitting medium. The plate begins oscillating in its own plane with a velocity at some point. Additionally, the concentration levels and plate temperature both increased linearly with time near the plate.. The dimensionless governing equations for momentum, energy and concentration have been solved by using the Laplace transform technique. The velocity, temperature, concentration, skin-friction, the rate of heat transfer and the rate of mass transfer are studied through graphs and tablesin terms of different physical parameters entering into the problem.
