In this paper, we are especially interested in almost alpha-cosymplecticmanifold whose structure (φ,ξ,η,g) satisfies the certain nullity condition. Also, we obtain some results using D-homothetic deformation for almost alpha-cosymplecticmanifolds. Finally, we give an illustrative example with dimension3.
