This challenging task can be made easier and detection accuracy can be improved by various diagnosis systems. There are lots of digital image processing techniques that make the decision more accurate and more efficient. Breast cancer is one of the most common reason of death among females so early detection and diagnosis is very important for the survival of patient. In this paper we have studied various types of medical imaging techniques used for diagnosis of breast cancer such as X-ray Imaging, Ultrasound Imaging, Mammographic Imaging and Computer Aided Diagnosis system.
