Abstract

This paper proposes a new one-step eighth-order method for solving stiff differential equations by using pade rational functions. The results show that the method is consistent and convergent. L-stability of the method is identified. Numerical results and comparative analysis with exact solution show that the m ethod is efficient and accurate.
