Abstract

The protein isolated from kiwifruits exhibited antifungal activity against Fusarium oxysporum and Rhizoctonia solani and no inhibitory effect against Dematophora necatrix. The protein was isolated and purified using a procedure involving saline extraction, (NH4)2SO4 precipitation with 30–80% saturation.
