Cache replacement policies primarily determine performance and latency in cache systems. This study proposes a neutrosophic cache replacement policy using improper neutrosophic integral-based utility functions where each cache item is modelled as a 2-refined neutrosophic function 𝑈(𝑡) = 𝑇(𝑡) + 𝐼1(𝑡) ⋅ 𝑖1 + 𝐼2(𝑡) ⋅ 𝑖2 + 𝐹(𝑡). The convergence of the improper integral of the first kind indicates eviction, and divergence indicates retention. This policy is evaluated against LRU and LFU under simulated indeterminate workloads using hit rate and miss rate as primary metrics.
