A Study on Fatal Organo-phosphorous Poisoning Cases with Respect to Age and Sex

Abstract

The incidence of Organo-phosphorous poisoning has steadily increased in past and created many serious problems since these compounds are been preferred in most suicides. The present study deals with the incidence of Organo-phosphorous poisoning on different persons of different age and sex. The study reveals that Age group between 21–30 years (42% cases) has maximum fatalities and minimum fatalities are noted in the extremes of age.
